@billpeduto And I know it was rescinded September. Mixed messages about whether it would last into 2012.

Story: With its abundance of old warehouses, office buildings and production facilities, the Pittsburgh region has become a hotbed for real estate development, specifically the conversion of these properties into luxury living, office and retail space. One such developer had targeted the North Side of Pittsburgh, an area with $500,000 brownstones and gorgeous victorian design. Beginning with one building that had become an eyesore, this developer wanted to begin building a presence in a crowded market.
I was approached to build a brand that accented the owner's name and incorporated the Art Deco design that had become the basis of his developments.
Goal: Build a brand that could credibly establish itself as a leader in quality real estate redevelopment.
Result: The Wolfinger Enterprises logo achieved the goals sought by the developer. Based upon Art Deco fonts, the logo design featured a wolf head that could be used alone or with the entire wordmark.
Further design involved the development of a logo for the first redeveloped property (the Lofts at Brighton Beech, based upon the eaves that hung on the front of the building) and subsequent marketing materials, including a web site.
